1. Common failures and troubleshooting of satellite antennas

(1) Failure to receive TV signals
It is generally because the antenna is not aligned with the satellite correctly. Firstly, use the compass or similar tools to determine the orientation of south by east. Then slowly and manually adjust the antenna’s azimuthal angle and pitching angle until the signal is searched.

(2) The satellite's signal becomes weak or disappears over time.
After the antenna is aligned with the satellite, be sure to fix and tighten all nuts. Otherwise, due to the wind, the signal might become weak or disappear after the signal is received normally for some time. Please check the orientation of the antenna’s alignment with the satellite.
